Abstract
1. The alteration of ECG findings and the heart size were studied in fifteen dogs under the postive- G. The heart size was examined through X-ray movie-picture.
2. 2. The pulse rate increased in accord to higher G.
3. The alteration of ECG under G has taken place as following; sinus nonrespiratory arrhythmia-supra-ventricular prematue beat-+nodal rhythm-paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia-ventricular fibrillation cardiac arrest death.
When the nodal rhythm has lasted more than two to three minutes, these changes were irreversible and dogs usually expired.
4. Both the size of the heart shadow and the difference of the area of systolic and diastolic phase have increased suggesting the augumentation of the cardiac output. Above 5 to 6 G, these have decresed, and on 10 G, there recognized only, minimal heart contraction.
